Breakfast Buffet : 10 €uros per adult & 5,50 €uros per child (from 6 to 12 years old)
Local Tax : 1 €uro per adult & per day (over 12 years old)
We need a credit card number and the expiry date with security code (last 3 digits on the back of your card).

Off Season
|
First night is invoiced as a no show if cancellation is after 3 p.m. on the arrival day. |
Mid Season
|
30% deposit of full length stay with a minimum of the first night for a short stay is charged.
This deposit is refunded in case of cancellation before 3 days 12:00am (72h) from arrival day.. Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, e-mail or mail).

High Season
|
30% of full length stay as a deposit with a minimum of the first night for a short stay is charged.
This deposit is not refundable if cancellation is less than 8 days (12:00am) before the arrival date.
In case of reduction of the stay on place, 50% of the cancelled nights will be invoiced. |

30% of full length stay is charged on the booking date
50% if 2 weeks before arrival
100% if one week before
* Minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
CANCELLATION :
- 30-15 days before arrival : 30% of the stay invoiced
- less 15 days before arrival : 50% of the stay invoiced
- less 8 days before arrival : 100% of the stay invoiced
In case of reduction of the stay, 100% of all cancelled nights will be invoiced.
